manufacturing of our products. This is why our brushes are
handmade in Japan by traditional "Fude-shi" (master
brush craftsmen in Japanese). The Fude Master's knowledge
is acquired by handing down the techniques from generation
to generation, from apprentice to Master. This process enables
us to meet the individual demands of each client by offering
products that are custom designed and labelled to suit their
needs.

The latest computer assisted design for making of hair shaping cup
The conventional hair shaping method:
Hairs are inserted into a wooden or plastic cup for proper alignment and shaping for the top of the brush hairs.
New method: The latest computer technology for shaping the brush hairs from the bottom, rather than the top as is common by the other manufacturers. The hairs are arranged, secured and glued properly so that shedding is greatly reduced in comparison to other methods, also this technique eliminates the need to cut any hairs, so all tips are retained, resulting in an exceptionally soft feel against the skin.

Various sizes of hair is used to shape the floral powder or blush brushes with untrimmed tip of hairs resulting in an exceptional soft feel against the skin.
The latest computer technology for shaping the brush hairs from the bottom, rather than the top as is common by the other manufacturers.
Heart shaped facial cleansing brush
Goat hairs and PBT fibers (30 %, 3 mm shorter than goat hair) are used but only goat hairs are used for cleansing.
PBT fibers provide resilience on brush and adequately spaced for fast drying.
Concave of the brush passes air through and speeds up for forming.
2 tops of mountain reach the skin at same time to disperse the pressures and cleanse the skin gently.
3D Powder Brush:
What is a 3D brush?
Look at it straight on, and it looks a regular makeup brush. Turn it 90 degrees and suddenly it’s no other makeup brush you have seen before. The world’s first 3D brush which has an additional curved surface area that conforms to any face shape which creates a perfect, uniform finish.
